Analisis Implementasi Pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia Berbasis Kearifan Lokal Ditinjau dari Aspek Psikososial Siswa di SDN Bojongsari

Abstract

: This study aimed to describe the implementation of local wisdom-based Indonesian language learning, students’ psychosocial development, and the factors influencing its implementation. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed involving one fifth-grade teacher and 31 students selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through observations, semi-structured interviews, and documentation, and were analyzed using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña. The findings revealed that contextual learning through Sundanese folktales fostered the gradual development of students’ empathy, cooperation, and responsibility. The implementation was supported by teacher competence, contextual learning media, and the Merdeka Curriculum, whereas limited learning resources and insufficient family support remained the main challenges. Therefore, local wisdom-based Indonesian language learning can serve as an effective approach to strengthening students’ psychosocial development while integrating local cultural values into elementary school learning
