Mosharafa does NOT charge any article processing charges (APCs) or publication fees. Authors are not required to pay for the publication of accepted articles.All accepted articles are published as open access and are freely available to readers worldwide without subscription or access fees.

Waiver Policy

Since Mosharafa does not currently charge any submission or publication fees, all authors automatically receive a full waiver of publication costs.

Editorial Independence

Editorial decisions are based solely on the scholarly quality, originality, relevance, and scientific merit of submitted manuscripts. The absence of publication fees does not influence the journal’s commitment to maintaining rigorous peer-review and editorial standards.
