The COVID-19 pandemic has changed the paradigm of conventional face-to-face learning towards online learning. This situation makes the world of education inevitably has to immediately adaptable to the conditions that occur. Social studies education one of the subjects that have been functions to assist students in overcoming the problems of social and community life has an important role in helping students have 21st-century skills to overcome the problems that occur. The progress of science and technology, especially in the field of information and communication technology, has led to the rapid spread of globalization and has an impact on various sectors. This condition indirectly requires students to has the ability to sort content and information that they get through the internet think or digital literacy. In social studies learning, digital literacy is one of the supports for developing students' knowledge of social issues that occur in society in real time. This study aims to exams the implementation of digital literacy in social studies learning. This type of research is qualitative research. The location of research was carry out in an educational environment in Garut City, to be precisely at Karya Muda Junior High School in Banyuresmi. The method of data analysis in this research is interactive analysis. The validity of the data used is data triangulation. The results of the research implementation of digital literacy in social studies learning was carry out via Whatsapp, Google Classroom, Zoom, and Meet. The results of the study show that social studies teachers' digital literacy skills are still limited to using WhatsApp and Google Classroom media, that is due to the limitations of the applications owned by teachers and students.
