The research entitled "Development of Hypermedia-Based Teaching Materials to Improve the Technical Competence of Facilitators at the District / City Level of West Java Province in Technical Training for the Acceleration of Stunting Reduction" aims to find out how the process of making and producing teaching materials for Selected Variables in Monitoring the Pregnant and Postpartum Phases in Technical Training for the Acceleration of Stunting Reduction that is feasible in learning activities, as well as the relationship between the use of teaching materials and the increase in technical competence of learners. This research method is research and development with an ADDIE model approach. The subjects of the study were 35 (thirty-five) students at the Family Planning Population Training Center Garut. After knowing the learning needs, using the help of several software such as Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2019, Microsoft Office Visio 2019 and Photoshop CS3, a hypermedia-based teaching material product was developed. Development products are disseminated after going through a process of validating experts in the field of materials and multimedia and are assessed by students. Data retrieval technique using validation sheets. The results of the validation of material experts show that the teaching materials of the Selected Variables in the hypermedia-based Monitoring of the Pregnant and Postpartum Phases are feasible. The results of multimedia expert validation show that the teaching materials of Selected Variables in hypermedia-based Monitoring of Pregnant and Postpartum Phases are feasible. Students' assessment of hypermedia-based teaching materials was analyzed using simple linear regression analysis, the results proved that there was a strong relationship between improving students' technical competence and the use of hypermedia-based teaching materials.
