PENGARUH PROGRAM DIKLAT WEBLOG OPENSOURCE UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KOMPETENSI GURU PROFESIONAL DI KABUPATEN GARUT

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui Peningkatan kompetensi guru profesional dengan Program Diklat Weblog Opensource.. Dimana subyek penelitian mendapatkan perlakuan dan memperoleh pretes dan postes, juga diberikan angket serta dilakukan wawancara pada beberapa peserta diklat. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Cabang dinas Pendidikan wilayah XI Provinsi Jawa Barat, dengan melibatkan 59 peserta diklat. Metodologi penelitian menggunakan pulcosive sampling dengan metode pre-experimental dengan one group pretest-postest. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat peningkatan yang tinggi utnuk kompetensi guru profesional, kemudian berdasarkan wawancara peserta merasa senang dan terbantu dengan adanya diklat ini.

The research aims to determine the increase in the competence of professional teachers with the Opensource Weblog Training Program. Where research subjects receive treatment and obtain pretest and posttest, questionnaires are also given and interviews are conducted with some training participants. This research was carried out at the branch of the Education Office in Region XI, West Java Province, involving 59 training participants. The research methodology used pulcosive sampling with a pre-experimental method with one group pretest-posttest. The results of this study are that there is a high increase in the competence of professional teachers, then based on the interviews the participants feel happy and helped by this training
