Abstract  ─ This research is motivated by the 2020-2021 research product about the Mobile VCDLN Flatform that you want to maintain. This utilization process requires a new system oriented to the Multiplatform Super-App Ecosystem in 2022 with a focus on surveying, application design, development and production, the impact of which is then measured by a number of indicators for online learning systems. This measurement process is carried out on teachers from Indonesia. The method used is R&D. The results of the study indicate that: (a) The survey results indicate that the VCDLN Multiplatform Ecosystem Super-app program is highly recommended by teachers to be continued; (b) The design of the Multiplatform Super-App has been developed according to the Super App standard. The application version for the convenience of the visual aspect with C++ programming procedures; (c) Produce Learning Video Content into Multiplatform mobile VCDLN Android Mobile Version has been carried out with quality industry standards; (d) Multiplatform mobile VCDLN measurement results are above the average and are able to achieve a maximum score in the range of 178 to 199.
