English Education and Applied Linguistics Journal (EEAL Journal)

English Education and Applied Linguistics (EEAL)is devoted to the applications of English education and applied linguistics to problems of English language teaching and learning. Attention is paid to the learning and teaching of English languages  as second or foreign languages in all countries. EEAL requires articles to have a sound theoretical base and a visible practical application for a broad readership. Review articles are considered for publication if they deal with critical issues in language learning and teaching with significant implications for practice and research. The journal's Forum section is intended to stimulate debate between authors and the wider community of applied linguists and to afford a quicker turnaround time for short pieces. It is a double-blind peer-reviewed journal dedicated to enhancing and disseminating scholarly work in the form of conceptual and research-based articles within the fields of teaching English as a second or foreign language (TESL/TEFL), English language learning, ESL/EFL language teachers' training and education, and English linguistics which have not been published or are under consideration elsewhere.
