This research is motivated by the existence of the ’Merdeka’ curriculum program launched by the Ministry of Education and Culture of Indonesia as a means to achieve a project-based Pancasila student profile. The aim of this study is to describe the implementation, challenges, and solutions of project-based local wisdom for strengthening the Pancasila student profile in the tenth grade at a vocational high school. The research methodology employed is qualitative, and the data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques involve data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that: 1) The formulation of the project involves first determining the theme and topic of local wisdom, forming a facilitator team, and creating a local wisdom module. 2) The implementation of the project involves stages such as painting plant media, planting lime seedlings, plant maintenance, product processing, and final presentation. 3) Challenges faced during the project include some students struggling with plant care and being less actively involved in project work. The solution is for teachers to continuously monitor and engage with students throughout the project. In conclusion, the implementation of project-based local wisdom for the tenth grade at the vocational high school is progressing well, though there are shortcomings that require evaluation. It is recommended that when selecting plant types, consideration should be given to the potential in the students’ local surroundings, enabling them to effectively utilize local natural resources in entrepreneurship-related topics.
